Yes, signing up for an &Leap account is free. You will only be charged after you complete a session.
Each session is for 45 minutes and this time period is fixed for every session.
Every session is SGD 45 (minimum) and will be charged in Singapore dollars.
Yes, you will be able to pay more than SGD 45 for each session and you can stipulate the desired amount at the time of booking a session or after completing a session. The minimum fee for a session is SGD 45.
No, there will not be a refund if both participants agree to end the session early.
A refund request can be lodged under the Contact Us page on the website and/or app, which will be assessed by us on a case-by-case basis.
The session will be cancelled and you will not be charged.
You can submit a cancellation request via the app or the website after logging into your account. If you submit the cancellation request 72 hours before the start of a session, you will not be charged.
Cancellation requested within 72 hours from the time of the session will be deemed as late cancellation and any cancellation requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis (adequate supporting information may be requested for assessment). We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which may be up to 100% of the session fee.
There will be no extensions to the session duration and the session will end at the same scheduled time.
The session fee will be deducted from your credit card (based on the credit card details submitted under “Settings” on the mobile app or “My Account” on the website) once every session is completed. However, the session fee will be blocked from your credit card on the day of each session before the session takes place.
